Chance The Rapper talks to BBC Radio 1’s Huw Stephens

By Michelle Bobb-Parris @whoisbobbparris

Chance The Rapper’s Christmas interview with BBC Radio 1

If there’s one thing we can all agree on it’s that the last 12 months have been pretty high on the Richter scale of epic fails. From the loss of musical legends, to the general feeling that the world is, in fact, on fire, we’re oh-so-ready to run out the clock on 2016.

Despite the doom and gloom, Christmas time is here, and we come bearing gifts. Thanks to the awesome folks over at BBC Radio 1, we can share the audio delights of Chance The Rapper spreading his own kind of holiday cheer. The multiple Grammy Award nominee talks exclusively to Huw Stephens about everything from his favourite festive tunes to his life-long friendship with Barack Obama. For 10 minutes of everything being right in the world, just press play.

Tune in to Huw Stephens on BBC Radio 1 on Wednesday, 21st December from 10pm-1am GMT for the full show.
